Changelog: Auto redirect from deleted objects

• Optimization Rebuilded addon upgrade center functions, changed templates for better view on new cs-cart versions

• Fixed issue on multiple delete products  - on some cases redirect was not created.

This is important update, strongly recommended to install it.

• Fixed issue with redirect if url already was on redirects table.

• Fixed issue on deleting product if product no had main category - redirect was created to main page instead of secondary category
• Fixed issue on deleting root category  - redirect was not created for his subcategories.

• Fixed an issue with addon schema fields
